***Heart Walk Information and Reminder***

I have attached the flyer for the Heart Walk. The walk is scheduled for the event “door” to open at 7 AM and the walk to start at 8 AM. There is no specific time declared as to when it will end at this time. Last year, they provided that information about 1 week before the event to the coaches, so I expect to get more information soon and will share accordingly. However, I can say that the event itself lasts for about 3 hours, so I will probably say it may end around 11 AM. 

The walk this year is about 2.4 miles, and I have attached the “route map” to this email as well. Each person will have their own pace for walking so some may finish sooner than others. In addition, I have also attached  "transportation information." 

Please note: According to AHA Heart Walk, if you chose to park in the deck, parking is free for 2 hours. After that, you are responsible for any additional payments.  AORN Chapter 1101 WILL NOT be providing validations for parking. 

Furthermore, we are planning to have our team meet at the Yard House. I have circled an estimated location of this restaurant on the route map.  They do offer food and drinks, and I think it will be a great place to have a “post walk event/education.” Details to come :)! We plan to have the group meet here before and after they walk. The address for the Yard House is also provided below.
